Multicultural Scholarships extend Wheaton College’s investment in students who demonstrate leadership qualities in building healthy, diverse communities and can contribute to Wheaton's mission to build up the church and benefit society worldwide.
Please review the following application deadlines before submitting your scholarship application; applications submitted after the deadline will not be guaranteed consideration.
Multicultural Scholarship honorees will have demonstrated solid academic performance, depth of Christian faith, a healthy confidence in his/her own cultural identity, and ability to build a diverse community. All Multicultural Scholarships are renewable annually for up to four years. The Multicultural Scholarships are open to U.S. Citizens, U.S. Dual Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, and U.S. residents.

Please attach an Essay (750-1000 words, with your name in the top right corner) in response to the following prompt.
Describe the leadership knowledge and skills you’ve gained from personal experiences in and engagement of issues around ethnic diversity within the United States. Include in your response reflections on how your Christian values have influenced and/or been influenced by these experiences. Then, describe how you would apply your knowledge and skills to contribute to building a healthy, diverse community at Wheaton College.
